At BKK-1 fruits factory, we do not pursue artificial sweetness or engineered perfection.

Our fruits are grown in the rich, natural environment of Cambodia—nurtured by abundant sunlight and pure water drawn from the earth. Within them lies the true essence of nature: aroma, flavor, and nutrients just as they were meant to be.

It was in Cambodia that we rediscovered this authentic taste—untouched and unspoiled.

With deep respect for that natural bounty, we carefully craft each jam and confection using the refined sensibility and delicate technique unique to Japanese craftsmanship.
